This Great Yarmouth Guest House has no level access: it has five steps to the front door and the rooms are over three floors. Ground, first and second floor. 1st & 2nd floor rooms are accessed via 21 step stairs cases to each floor, so please bear this in mind if stairs are a problem. There’s a non-smoking policy throughout. There is an outdoor smoking patio area (partly undercover) leading from the lounge area and overlooking the unique area of Norfolk Square. Guests are also welcome to bring their own drinks too and have ‘takeaways’ to consume in their bedrooms.

 

Of all the Guest Houses in Great Yarmouth ours is the only one that offers five star comfort and service with a laid back atmosphere. Staff are happy to organise whatever you need: from booking a restaurant to arranging flowers, chocolates and champagne or anything else you may require.

 

This Great Yarmouth Guest House’s breakfast is a 5 star experience. It uses locally sourced ingredients all cooked fresh by a breakfast awarded chef. There is no night before pre-ordering unless you want room service. There is a varied and high quality cold buffet and an extensive choice of the traditional ‘English breakfast’ but not a set menu. You order whatever you want from the numerous selections and then there are the more exotic such as Eggs Benedict, Poached Haddock etc.
