Cañuelas Golf Club was founded in 2014 and it’s the latest golf release in Buenos Aires, established by a wealthy family with
business in the food industry who decided to link their name for eternity with this extremely ambitious real estate and golf
development in the southwest corridor of Cañuelas (the polo capital city in Argentina).
Work started in 1998 and the course was designed by one of the most famous local architects, Emilio Serra, and has been
constructed under high international standards. Measuring a total of 7,267 yards from the championship tees, this par 72 is
testing and maintenance levels are usually high.
Among the most interesting holes we must mention the full island green at the 3rd, a par three of 155 yards, the lovely par four
9th (432 yards) and the par five 18th of 546 yards, both of which arrive back at the magnificent clubhouse.
Unlike most of the golf courses that open with very small or no trees, Cañuelas Golf Club already has tree planting of more
than 15 years old, which creates a strange feeling of maturity that makes the course appear to be a couple of decades old.
