Magpies is an interesting house, the heart being an 18th Century barn around which the current house has been constructed. We have three NON SMOKING letting rooms.

 

Hambleden, on the ground floor, is a spacious room,with space for a sitting area overlooking the garden, double bed, en suite shower room, flat screen TV and DVD player, free WiFi, hospitality tray, fridge, hairdryer and own outside access.

 

Roundell, on ground floor has a self contained suite of bathroom, separate toilet and large bedroom with kingsize bed, off a private central lobby, with outside access. It has flat screen TV,DVD, free WiFi, hospitality tray, fridge, hair dryer

 

Pear Tree is a separate room in a back courtyard area with own front door and views over fields, superking or twin beds, en-suite shower, hospitality tray, tv,dvd, WiFi,fridge, hairdryer.

 

We have two lovely, friendly Springer spaniels who will give you a noisy welcome and eight hens

 

The property has ample grounds including a part walled garden, various courtyards and seating areas and an outdoor heated swimming pool open in the summer. (If the weather is cold the pool water is cooler) We have plenty of parking, some covered.

 

Magpies is situated on the A29 Stane Street, just on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Slinfold with its pub/restaurant, church and village shop. As a specific reference to locate us, Magpies shares a drive with Random Hall Hotel.The historic town of Horsham is 4 miles away with its busy market and good selection of high end retail chain shops and restaurants.
