Guests can either rent the whole house or just the upper floor.Guests can relax in the sauna, watch TV in the guest lounge or go for a swim in the lake. A rowing boat is also available for guest use. Tour assistance can be provided on request.Villa Kotiniemi is a 10-minute drive from Anttola and 35 minutes' drive from the Mikkeli city centre. Mikkeli Airport is within 40 minutes' drive. You can clean before check-out or pay a final cleaning fee. Please inform Villa Kotiniemi in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
