Cinar Hotel is an Istanbul classic located in Yesilkoy Only 5-minute taxi ride from World Trade Center and CNR convention center. A hotel management experience of 50 years. A complete renovation project is finished as of December 2007 for the main building and 2010 for Annex building. Designed by well known Turkish architect Mustafa Toner, main building rooms and general areas like upper lobby lounge and restaurant are completely renovated and opened to public use. New design keeps the classic atmosphere of Cinar Hotel mixing it with warm and modern lines. The rooms now have bigger balconies in both facade of the building enable guests to enjoy Marmara sea view or garden view. Minimalistic design of the new rooms leads us to use soft colors in order to relax our guests inside their rooms. La Delicatesse Restaurant is the main à la carte restaurant of Cinar Hotel. The open buffet breakfast is served here as well from 06:30 – 10:30 daily. For summer time it has a spectacular terrace overlooking to the Marmara Sea where we can accommodate up to 120 people. The menu is a mainly based on international cuisine with a little touches of Turkish delicacies, prepared by our Executive Chef ; accompanied by an exceptional range of fine wines from Turkey, France and Italy.
